The prospective candidates selected will have to go through a testing procedure through our training division, on written, spoken, reading, listening and the personal interview. The candidates who score the higher marks (60% and above depending on their qualifications) will be invited for a next round of interview. If selected through this the candidate will have to sign a contract and have to go through an extensive training programme of 9 months with a stipend, to be fully equipped to work in the respective divisions they are selected for.
